摘要
为探索聚合物表面活性剂(简称"聚表剂")在强碱复合驱油体系中应用的可行性,系统考察了"聚表剂"与表面活性剂的配伍性、黏浓特点、乳化性能及驱油效果,并与"超高分"水解聚丙烯酰胺(简称"超高分"HPAM)三元体系进行了对比。实验结果表明:"聚表剂"三元体系的黏度及其与原油之间的界面张力,随"聚表剂"质量浓度的增加而增加;当"聚表剂"的质量浓度增至1g/L时,"聚表剂"三元体系的黏度明显高于"超高分"HPAM三元体系,而"聚表剂"三元体系与原油之间的界面张力已无法达到10^(-3)m N/m;相同黏度及界面张力量级条件下,"聚表剂"三元体系的乳化性能和驱油效果明显强于"超高分"HPAM三元体系。
In order to explore the application feasibility of polymer surfactant in strong-alkali complex oil flooding system, the compatibility with other surfaetants, viscosity-concentration characteristics, emulsifying properties and oil displaced efficiency of the above surfactant are systematically investigated, and moreover the contrast with ASP syetem including ultra-high-molecular-weight hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM). The experimental results show that viscosity and interfacial tension with the crude oil of the former system rise with the increased mass concentration of this kind of polymer surfactant; when the concentration is up to 1 g/L, the viscosity of the former system/s obviously higher than that of the latter and furthermore the tension of the former system cannot reach 10-3 m N/m; under the conditions of same viscosity and interfacial tension, the emulsifying property and oil displacing effects of the former are remarkably stronger than those of the latter.
