从硫酸生产装置的危险性原因分析着手,针对危险易燃易爆仓库、废热锅炉、高温物料、储存装置、硫酸管道、电气设施等诸多可能发生各类事故的危险因素及原因进行识别与分析,提出可行的防范事故措施,达到避免和减少各类事故的发生,确保安全生产目的。

According to analysis of the danger of sulphuric acid in producing device, this thesis identifies and analyses the dangerous factors of all kinds of possible accidents, such as inflammable and explosive warehouse, waste heat boiler, high temperature materials, storage devices, sulfuric acid pipeline, electric utility, etc. It also proposes the feasible measures to reduce the dangerous accidents to assurance of the safety of production.
