摘要 目的检测高迁移率蛋白B1(HMGB1)在人体常见恶性肿瘤组织、癌旁组织中的分布和表达,并探讨其意义。方法 48例癌组织和48例癌旁组织组成96点的组织芯片,应用免疫组织化学方法检测HMGB1在癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果 HMGB1在恶性肿瘤组织中阳性率为89.6%、正常组织阳性率为77.1%、癌组织强阳性率为54.1%、癌旁正常组织强阳性率为6.5%,恶性肿瘤组织与癌旁正常组织中HMGB1表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HMGB1在多种恶性肿瘤组织中呈强阳性表达,其可能是鉴别正常组织与癌组织潜在的生物学标志物。 Objective To study the distribution and expression of HMGB1 in human malignant tumor tissues and ad- jacent normal tissues. Methods Samples of malignant tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected from 48 patients with multi-system for construction of tissue microarray. The expression of HMGB1 was detected by immunohisto- chemistry. Results HMGB1 was detected in 89.6% of malignant tumor tissues, while it was detected in 77.1% of adja- cent normal tissues. Stronge positive was detected 54.1% in malignant tumor tissues, while it was detected 6.5% in adja- cent normal tissues. HMGB1 expression had significant difference between malignant tumor tissues and adjacent normal tis- sues (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion HMGB1 overexpression in malignant neoplasms could be a novel, effective and supple- mentarv biomarker for tumors.
