摘要
目的尝试参考HL7 RIM方法规范化表达医疗质量指标的基础数据。方法以实验室检查为例,参照美国质量论坛提出的医疗质量数据模型(QDM),采用实体—属性—值的路线,用UML工具建立概念数据模型。属性的设置、描述及词汇遵照NQF定义,属性的数据类型参照HL7 Datatype。结果 QDM关注具有统计汇总意义的数据,类的属性包括HL7包含的状态、起始时间、截止时间、发送者、原因、结果以及RIM中没有定义的来源、记录、对象、设备地点、环境地点、偏侧性等。QDM数据在词汇方面也反映了其特有的应用语境。结论 QDM数据可参照RIM的表达方法描述,有利于质量指标标准化从基础数据元到文档结构的协调和统一,便于在CDA架构下实现相关信息的传输、交换和集成。
Objective To describe source data of healthcare quality indicators by using the method of HL7 RIM. Method Taking laboratory test as example, we developed a conceptual data model through entity - attribute - value triple with UML tool on the basis of concepts, attributes and vocabularies described in the Quality Data Model ( QDM } which developed by National Quality Forum of the U.S. and data types from HL7 datatype. Result The QDM primarily focuses on the statistical summary of data related to healthcare quality. The attributes contains status, start time, end time, sender, reason and results, which are already included in HL7 RIM and others which are not defined in RIM, including the source, recorder, object, facility location, environmental location and laterality. The QDM data is also characterized by its specific application context in its vocabularies. Conclusion QDM can be described in the way of RIM, which coordinates the standardization of the source data and structured document, enabling the transmission, exchanging and integration of healthcare quality information under CDA specification.
