Rational Treatment of the JCI Accreditation

JCI认证是世界卫生组织认可的认证模式。通过对我国内地JCI认证医院的回顾分析,指出JCI认证存在三级医院占多数;多数医院具备海外背景;私立非营利医院占主流等特点。分析了存在问题:认证费用较高;理念更新滞后;领导支持不够;动力不足等。提出了相关建议:应结合实际看待JCI认证;应提高内涵促品牌提升;应持续改进质量与服务;应与国内等级医院评审有所区别等。

JCI accreditation represents the highest level of hospital services and management, which is the recognized certi- fied mode by the World Health Organization. Through retrospective analysis of the hospitals with JCI accreditation in the Mainland of China, it was pointed out that the characteristics of JCI certification hospitals were the following： majority existence in tertiary hospitals ; most hospitals having overseas background ; private non - profit hospitals being the mainstream. Its problems were analyzed ： the high cost of certification ; renewal of ideas lag; lacking of leadership support ; underpowered ; etc. Related proposals included ： treating JCI accreditation in conjunction with the actual practice ; improvement of connotation to promote brand lift ; continuous improvement of quality and service; difference from the domestic hospital grading accreditation.
