摘要
明确了血站低年资护士在工作中会面临急需提高职业胜任能力;工作压力成为潜在职业危险;个人努力工作与工作成效失衡等问题。指出应从以下方面做好管理工作:做到科学管理与人性化管理的辩证统一;提高业务技能,防止差错发生;注重言传身教,对生命保持敬畏之心;关注压力源,加强身心健康防护等。
Junior nurses might face in the work the problems such as requirement of improvement of professional competence; work pressure as potential occupational hazards; imbalance between personal hard work and effectiveness, etc. The paper pointed out that measures should be taken to manage work: dialectical unity between scientific management and humane management ; improvement of business skills to prevent error; paying attention to words and deeds . and to keep the awe of life ; concerning about the source of stress, and promoting wellness protective.
