层次分析法区分同品种药物质量差异研究

Study on Distinguish the Quality Difference of the Same Sort of Drug based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

目的:区分不同厂家生产的注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的质量差异,进行质量优劣排序。方法:根据层次分析法的原理和步骤,利用影响头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的质量的3个指标,建立了3个判断矩阵,计算了判断矩阵的权重,分别在等权和不等权情况下,得到了层次总排序向量。结果:等全处理时,11个厂家生产的CPZ/SBT质量顺序从优到差依次为:D>C>F>G>A>J>I>B>E>H>K;不等全处理时,CPZ/SBT质量顺序从优到差依次为:D>C>F>G>A>I>J>B>E>H>K。结论:用层次分析法区分同品种药物质量差异具有一定可行性。

Objective： To distinguish the quality of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium（CPZ /SBT） for Injection manufactured by different plants and to make quality comparison between them.Methods： Based on the theory and step of analytic hierarchy process,and according to three index affecting the quality of CPZ/SBT,and set up three judgement matrix,and calculate the index weight,and get priority vector of hierarchy at the condition of equal and unequal index weights,respectively.Results： The order of CPZ/SBT quality of 11 plants is DCFGAJIBEHK at the condition of equal index weights;while the order of CPZ/SBT quality of 11 plants is DCFGAIJBEHK at the condition of unequal index weights.Conclusion： It is feasible to distinguish the quality difference of the same sort of drug by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.
