应用MEBT/MEBO治愈一例特重度烧伤合并多脏器功能不全的报告

A Case of Extraordinarily Severe Burn Complicated with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Treated with MEBT/MEBO

目的 :为了探讨MEBT/MEBO在基层卫生院治疗大面积烧伤的可行性。方法 :全程应用MEBT/MEBO救治一例烧伤面积 1 0 0 %合并多脏器功能不全的患者。结果 :61天痊愈出院 ,未植皮、无瘢痕 ,无功能障碍。结论 :MEBT/MEBO在条件一般的乡镇卫生院 。

Objective: To explore the feasibility of the application of MEBT/MEBO in treating large area burn in the grass root level health centers. Method: A case of 100% BSA burn complicated by multiple organ dysfunction was treated, in the whole course, with MEBT/MEBO. Result: The patient was cured and discharged after staying in the hospital for 61 days. No skin grafting was done. Wounds healed with no scar and no dysfunction. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO can be applied in suburban health centers for treating large area burn. [
