摘要
目的 :比较MEBT/MEBO和干性暴露疗法对面部不同深度烧伤创面的疗效。方法 :将采用MEBT/MEBO和干性暴露疗法治愈的 1 1 78例面部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面分为相应二组 ,比较二组的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果 :与干性暴露组比较 ,MEBT/MEBO组治疗的面部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合快 ,止痛效果好 ,疤痕增生不明显。结论 :MEBT/MEBO对面部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面的疗效优于干燥暴露疗法。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO and dry exposed burn therapy in treating facial burn of different depth. Method: 1178 cases of superficial second, deep second and third degree burn were divided into two groups. One group treated with MEBT/MEBO and the other treated with dry exposed therapy. The efficacy of the two groups was compared and the result analyzed statistically. Result: Compared with dry exposed therapy, MEBT/MEBO has better efficacy in treating facial superficial and deep second degree and third degree burn wounds, the wounds healed more quickly, pain was relieved and no scar formed. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is better than dry exposed therapy in treating facial superficial second, deep second and third degree burn. [
