为了探讨空乘女大学生的恋爱动机,从对空乘女大学生的恋爱状况进行研究,发现其恋爱动机主要有物质消费的需求、生理变化的需求、亲密关系变化的需求、获得他人认同与尊重的需求、职业现状的影响和群体风气的影响,提出通过针对新生做好婚恋教育工作准备、多学科结合开展婚恋教育和充分发挥辅导员的作用来对空乘女大学生的恋爱进行有效的引导与管理。

To study the love motivation of female flight attendants college students,the paper discussed the status of love affairs of female flight attendants college students.It showed the love motivation of female flight attendants college students is influenced by the material consumption,the physiological need,building a close relationship among people,being recognition and respecting,the occupational status and group culture.The paper suggested to guide and manage the female flight attendants college students＇ love affairs by strengthening the control on freshman and giving full play to the role of counselors.
