An Analysis of Economic Management System of Chinese Government

我国政府经济管理经历了改革进程,水平有了很大提高;但仍有不少问题,如审批项目过多、企业所有者身兼行业管理者、信息不够公开、各部门协调配合不足、部门立法执法合一等。这些问题存在的原因有管理者的人治而非法治思维,部门甚至个人利益至上、为人民服务观念淡薄,专业素质不足,计划经济惯性等因素。但总地看来,我国政府经济管理水平仍在不断提高,尤其是近几年有可喜进展,前景是看好的。

The level of Chinese government control the economy has improved largely.But there are problems in this field.These problems results from the thinking way of rule of man instead of that of rule of law,and the inertia of sector interests first.Generally speaking,the ability of Chinese government controlled the economy is gradually increased.The reform of Examination and Authority in Guangdong province indicates the prospect of economic management of Chinese government is bright.
