抗波形纤维蛋白抗体与结缔组织病并发血管炎的相关性研究

The correlative investigation of anti-vimentin antibodies and connective tissue disease complicated by vasculitis

目的探讨抗波形纤维蛋白抗体(AVA)对于结缔组织病并发血管炎患者的临床意义。方法采用ELISA检测23例结缔组织病并发血管炎患者血清中的AVA和血浆中血管假性血友病因子(vWF)水平,并与28例结缔组织病患者及25例健康者(对照组)比较。结果与对照组、结缔组织病组比较,结缔组织病并发血管炎组血清AVA及血浆vWF水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且vWF的水平与AVA呈直线相关(P<0.05)。结论 AVA引起血管上皮细胞的损伤可能是结缔组织病继发血管炎的重要原因之一。

Objective To study the levels of anti-vimentin antibodies（AVA）in serum of connective tissue disease complicated by vasculitis and their significance.Methods 23patients of connective tissue disease complicated by vasculitis were recruited.Compared with 28patients of connective tissue disease and 25healthy people（control group）,AVA and von willebrand factor（vWF） levels were measured by ELISA.Results Compared with control group and connective tissue disease group,the levels of AVA and vWF were significantly increased in patients with connective tissue disease complecated by vasculitic（P0.05）,and the levels of AVA were linear correlated with vWF（P0.05）.Conclusion The injury of vascular endothelial cell brought by AVA may be an important cause for connective tissue disease complicated by vasculitic.
