蠔猪刺和乌樟水提物对禽源大肠埃希菌和沙门菌抑菌作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解察蠔猪刺、乌樟水提物的体外抗菌活性及其与常用抗生素的联合抑菌效果。选择大肠埃希菌ATCC25922标准菌株及临床采样分离纯化的大肠埃希菌和沙门菌为检测菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法和棋盘稀释法分别测定蠔猪刺和乌樟水提物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及其与常用抗生素的部分抑菌浓度指数(FIC)。结果表明,蠔猪刺和乌樟与常用抗菌药物合用表现出协同或相加效应。 To observe the in-vitro antibacterial activity of Berberis julianae and Cinnamomum camphora and their antibacterial effect when being used with commonly used antibiotics, broth microdilution method and checkerboard dilution method were used,and the reference strain E. coli ATCC25922 and clinical isolated E. coli and Salmonella were selected to determin the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) ,and the result showed that synergistic effect or additive effect were observed when they were applied with the commonly used antibacterial.
