摘要
以西安石化分公司液态烃球罐采用新型太空隔热涂料T-1的隔热效果测试数据为依据,对液态烃球罐采用隔热涂料后是否能够取代通过水喷淋为球罐降温、降压进行分析,结果显示,以8a为计算周期,采用新型太空隔热涂料T-1的投资回报率为29.44%。
Based on the test data of thermal insulation effect on propylene spherical tank coating new space thermal insulation T-1, cooling and decompressing of the new coating tank for replace the watering effect were analyzed. The results showed that by using new space thermal insulation T-1 coating, with 8 a for calculation cycle, the rate of return on investment was achieved by 29.44%.
