摘要
利用Pro/E系统的Pro/NC数控加工模块,完成了柳叶刀的三维建模,分析了柳叶刀刀片槽部分的数控加工工艺,设置了数控加工的工步参数,解决了刀片槽部分的数控编程,最终得到驱动数控机床的NC代码,实现了柳叶刀片槽部分的计算机辅助加工。
The 3D modeling of ballnose endmills is established with the Pro/NC CNC processing module of Pro/E system. The NC machining process of ballnose endmills is analyzed by setting up the proper NC machining parameters to complete the NC programming and processing simulation of the blade groove part. Finally the NC codes for driving the CNC are obtained, and the processing of machining ballnose endmills is realized.
