摘要
各种精密零部件在加工制造使用中都附有许多污物,尤其是微孔及狭缝的油污、切屑较多且去除困难。传统清洗工艺以水为清洗介质,表面张力大,不易清除微孔及狭缝的污物,存在清洗效率低、浪费水资源、除污率低、环保性差等缺点,导致零件使用寿命降低、故障率增高。提出了一种基于超声波辅助超临界CO2技术清洗精密零部件的工艺,该工艺以超临界CO2为清洗介质,以超声波和零部件旋转为清洗强化手段,CO2和污物易于分离,且可循环使用。该工艺不仅实现了精密零部件的无水高效清洗,同时还具有流程短、成本低等优点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的精密零部件绿色环保清洗工艺。
The various precision parts take much dirt in the manufacturing and using process, especially the dirt of slit micropores, is hardly cleaned effectively. Conventional cleaning technology uses water solution as cleaning media, not able to satisfy effective cleaning of slit micropores because of high surface tension, featured with low cleaning efficiency, wasting water, low decontamination rate, poor environmental protection and so on. These result in reduced service life and high failure rate of the parts. In the article, the technology of ultrasound-assisted cleaning equipment of precision parts with supercritical carbon diox- ides (SCCO2) is proposed. The technology takes SCCO2 as the cleaning media, and uses ultrasonic oscillation and parts rotating as the cleaning strengthening method, CO2 and the dirt are easily separated, and CO2 could be recyclable to use. The technology could achieve effective waterless cleaning, and meantime has the advantages of short cleaning process and low cost and so on. It is a kind of green environmental-protection cleaning technology of extensive application prospect about the precision parts.
