集装箱式柴油发电机组是近些年来发展起来的一种可移动电源装置,具有移动方便、成本低廉、防雨和防沙尘性好以及噪音较低等优点,具有很好的发展前景。本文详细介绍了DL2500GFJ1型集装箱式发电机组的设计思想,主要技术参数、总体结构、各主要部件和各个系统的原理,及机组在沙特的发电运用情况。该型号的机组也可广泛应用于国民经济建设的各个领域,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The containerized generator set is a kind of moveable power device. Benefiting from its easy transportation, low cost, waterproof, dustproof and noiseproof etc., the industry is rapidly expanding in these years. In this paper, a brief introduction of the design of Type DI22500GFJ1 containerized genset is given, its main specification, general arrangement of the device, major components and system diagram, as well as its operating aspect in Saudi Arabia are presented. This type genset is also suitable for various application using in the national economic development, which may ensure a great commercial and social benefit.
