摘要
以2种矮丛蓝莓的茎段为外植体,进行不定芽的诱导和成苗的研究.筛选出最佳的灭菌方式为体积分数为75%的乙醇30 s+质量分数为0.1%的HgCl28 min;在WPM培养基中附加不同种类、浓度的激素,研究腋芽萌发、生长、增殖的情况.结果表明:6-BA对芽生长有促进作用;6-BA与ZT同时使用,可提高芽的增殖系数;在1/2 MS+IBA培养基中添加AC时,生根效果最好.
The induction of adventitious buds from stem segment and raising plantlets in vitro were studied with two Vaccinium angustifoliums.The optimal sterilizing treatment for the stem with axillary bud was 75% alcohol 30 s+0.1% HgCl2 8 min;The culture medium is WPM supplemented with different kinds and concentrations hormone,study on the conditions of axillary buds germinate,growth and proliferation.The result indicates that 6-BA can promote the buds grow;The multiplication can improve for buds with 6-BA and ZT;The best rooting effect is the 1/2 MS+IBA supplemented with AC.
