老枞水仙和奇兰不同提取方法的茶多酚含量 被引量:3

摘要 以老枞水仙鲜叶、奇兰鲜叶为试验材料,采用恒温水浴法与超声波法测定其茶多酚含量,结合2种成品茶进行测定比较.结果表明:采用恒温水浴法与超声波法提取,老枞水仙鲜叶茶多酚含量分别为18.0%和17.8%,奇兰鲜叶茶多酚含量分别为14.4%和14.6%;老枞水仙成品茶茶多酚含量分别为42.18%和42.98%,奇兰成品茶茶多酚含量分别为34.18%和37.12%.研究结果可为老枞水仙品质分析和综合开发利用提供科学依据. Thermostatic water-bath and ultrasonic method were respectively applied to extract the tea polyphenol(TP) for content determination in fresh leaf from old fir narcissus and chelan,and two product tea was used as control sample.The results show that the TP content of the fresh leaf from old fir narcissus is 18.0% and 17.8%;the chelan,14.4% and 14.6%;the product tea old fir narcissus is 42.18% and 42.98%,and the product tea chelan is 34.18% and 37.12% respectively,based on this two kind of extraction method.This study will provide scientific basis on characteristic analyze and synthetic develop form in old fir narcissus.
