摘要
目的:对龙利叶根的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用化学成分系统预试验分析龙利叶根的主要化学成分;结果:化学成分系统预试验结果表明龙利叶根可能含氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、苷类、皂苷、有机酸、黄酮类、生物碱、香豆素与内酯等化学成分;结论:本研究可为龙利叶根化学成分的进一步研究提供实验数据,为龙利叶的开发和利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To study on the chemical constituents of root of Sauropus rostratus Miq. ; Methods: analysied the main chemical constituents of root of Sauropus rostratus Miq. by systemic preparative test; Results: The experiment showed that there may be amino acid, polypeptide, protein, carbohydrate, polysaccharide, glycoside, saponin, organic acid, flavonoids, alkaloid, cou- matin and lactone in the root of Sauropus rostratus Miq,. Conclusions: This research could provide experimental data for the chemical constituent research of Sauropus rostratus Miq, and provide scientific basis for the developping and utilizing of Sauropus rostratus Miq.
