不同浓度的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)对血塞通注射液稳定性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)对血塞通注射液稳定性的影响。方法:配制不同浓度磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)的血塞通注射液,80℃加热12天,测定加热第0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11和12天注射液中R1、Rg1和Rb1的含量。结果:5%的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)是维持血塞通注射液稳定的最低浓度。结论:加入浓度大于5%的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)能有效提高血塞通注射液的稳定性。 Objective: The stability of Xuesaitong (XST) injection containing different concentrations of phosphate buffer (pH7.4) has been investigated in this experiment. Methods : Heating XST injection adding different concentrations of phosphate buff- er (pH7. 4) 80℃ for 12days, HPLC is used for determining the contents of R1, Rgl and Rbl on heated days 0, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. Result: It was found that after heated for 12 days at 80℃, XST injection by phosphate buffer (pH7. 4) to a concentration greater than 5% is stable. Conclusions: By adding a concentration greater than 5% of phosphate buffer (pH7.4) can effectively im- prove the stability of XST injection.
