瑞芬太尼应用于无痛人工流产术疗效的Meta分析

The efficacy of remifentanil used in induced abortion:A Meta-analysis

目的:评价瑞芬太尼应用于人工流产术的疗效。方法:我们通过检索近十年Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、Medline、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库的相关文献,对纳入研究的方法学进行评价。研究者对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的RCT使用Review manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:5个RCT累计590例患者纳入研究,其中治疗组(瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉)293例,对照组(异丙酚静脉麻醉)297例。Meta分析结果表明,相比对照组,治疗组患者术中疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、呕吐发生情况、术后恢复时间均优于对照组。结论:相比传统方案,瑞芬太尼可显著提升无痛人工流产的手术效果,值得广为推广。

Objective： Evaluation the efficacy of remifentanil used in induced abortion. Method： We retrieve the past decade Cochrane Library, Pubmed, the Web of Science, Embase, MEDLINE, CNKI, CECDB, CQVIP relevant literature, the methods in- eluded in the study school evaluation. Our strict quality assessment and data extraction, 5. 0 Software Review, manager, Meta -anal- ysis of RCT to meet quality standards. Result： 5 RCT total of 590 patients was included in the study, the treatment group （ remifen- tanil intravenous anesthesia） 293 cases, and 297 eases in the control group （propofol anesthesia）. Meta- analysis results show that compared to the control group, patients treated with surgery, pain visual analogue scale （VAS score）, vomiting and the incidence of postoperative recovery time than the control group. Condusion： Compared to traditional programs, remifentanil were the results of op- erations to enhance the artificial abortion, deserve wider promotion.
