磁疗、按摩配合中药外敷治疗老年膝关节炎临床研究

The clinical effect of comprehensive external treatment consisted of new magnetic therapy,massage and external application of Chinese medicine in treating degenerative arthritis

目的:研究新型磁疗、按摩和中药外敷综合外治法对老年人退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:门诊招募80例老年人退行性膝关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用磁疗、按摩和中药外敷治疗,对照组内服非甾体类消炎药塞来昔布胶囊治疗,二者皆总共接受24次治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后、随访半年评价膝关节VAS疼痛计分,并与随访半年后评价患者的临床疗效。结果:两组VAS治疗前、治疗后、随访皆获得显著性降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比观察组每次评价时候降低更明显(P<0.05);临床疗效观察组总有效率达到92.5%,优于对照组65%(P<0.05)。结论:新型磁疗、按摩和中药外敷综合外治法对老年人退行性膝关节炎具有较好疗效,值得推广。

Objective： to assess the clinical effect of degenerative arthritis treating by comprehensive external treatment consisted of new magnetic therapy, massage and external application of Chinese medicine. Methods： 80 degenerative arthritis out patients have been recruited and divided into observation group treated by comprehensive external treatment and control group intervention with cele- coxib capsule. The anterior knee pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale （VAS） before and after treatment, also after six months fellow - up visit, and the effect was assessed after six months fellow visit. Results： After treatment and fellow - up visit, the VAS of the two groups have gotten significant difference of decrease than before treatment （P 〈0. 05 ）, and observation groups decreased more than the control group＇sP 〈0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group is 92. 5%, better than 65% of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： It＇san effective comprehensive external therapy consisted of new magnetic therapy, massage and external applica- tion of Chinese medicine, and worthy to be popularized.
