摘要
双层套管开窗是在开窗点处存在两层套管(油层套管和技术套管)时进行的开窗侧钻工艺。为了在现有开窗工具的基础上提高双层套管开窗的效率和成功率,针对双层套管开窗井的特点进行了分析与总结,将双层套管开窗过程分为6个阶段,并对其进行了定性分析计算,开窗过程理论计算结果与现场实际应用基本吻合,对现场施工具有普遍的指导作用,并得出双层套管开窗过程中存在两个死点:"上死点"和"下死点",特别对于"内软外硬"型双层套管组合,其关键点的转速和钻压应参照特殊井型钻压曲线制定。
In order to improve the efficiency and success rate of dual casing sidetracking on the basis of existing sidetracking tools, the characteristics of dual casing sidetracking well were analyzed and summarized, the sidetracking process was divided into six stages. And every sidetracking stage was qualitatively analyzed and computed, sidetrack process theoretical calculation results and the actual application results was coincident, and the place of 'top dead center' and 'bottom dead center' in dual casing sidetracking process was determined. For 'inside soft external hard' type dual casing program, the determination of rotation speed and drilling pressure of its key point should consult special well type drill pressure curve formulated.
