摘要
准确的地层压力剖面是钻井工程设计的基础,是钻井液及井身结构设计不可缺少的关键数据。文章通过地层压力分析的基本理论和方法研究,结合地层压力预测分析软件,利用自然伽马、电阻率、声波时差等测井资料进行综合分析,对伊拉克艾哈代布油田的几个主要区块进行了地层孔隙压力、地层破裂压力和井壁坍塌压力的分析和计算,并建立了不同区块的单井压力随深度变化的模型,确定出各个区块的安全钻井液密度窗口,预测结果误差小于5%,从而为工程设计与施工提供了依据,钻井液密度更趋近于近平衡,为油田提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期,提高开发综合效益奠定了坚实的基础。
The accurate formation pressure profile is the basis of drilling engineering design and the key data of drilling fluid and well structure design. Based on the basic theory and method study of formation pressure analysis, and combining pressure prediction analysis system of DrillWorks software, using natural gamma ray, resistivity, sonic logging data analyzed and calculated the formation pore pressure, formation fracture pressure and collapse pressure of several main block in Iraq al Hardy oil field, and the model of single well pressure changes with depth was established, the safe mud density window of the various blocks was determined, and prediction error was less than 5%. The formation pressure prediction technology provided basis for the engineering design and construction, drilling fluid density was closer to the equilibrium.
