水平井分段酸化酸压技术现状及展望 被引量:15

摘要 水平井分段酸化酸压是油气藏增产的重要措施,在油气田开采中得到了广泛应用。目前国内外常用的几种分段酸化酸压技术,主要包括投球法、化学转向技术、连续油管注酸技术、水力喷射技术以及封隔器转向技术。介绍目前国外新兴的且得到广泛应用的定点喷射酸化技术,阐述其中的钻井管柱射流酸化技术、旋转射流酸化技术和自弯曲射流酸化技术。文章对未来发展趋势进行了展望,认为不压井拖动管柱水力喷射酸压技术和连续油管拖动酸化酸压技术,具有诸多优势,相关配套技术会随着水平井酸化酸压技术的发展而进一步完善,水力喷射和连续油管拖动技术具有较好应用前景;国外新兴的定点喷射技术由于工具结构和尺寸相对灵活,可以满足复杂井况要求。对水平井分段酸化酸压具体工艺的选择给出了建议。 Horizontal well multistage acidizing and acid fracturing technique are an important measure for reservoirs stimulation, which have been widely used in the exploitation of oil and gas. Several common technologies of horizontal well multistage acidizing and acid fracturing at home and abroad were summarized, including delivering seal balls, chemical diversion, coiled tubing acid injection, hydraulic jet and packers diversion technology. Pinpoint jet acidizing technology, which is new and also is widely applied was introduced. And several technologies of these, including drill pipe jet acidizing technology, spiral jet acidizing technology and self-aligning jet acidizing technology were discussed in detail. The development tendency of horizontal well multistage acidizing fracturing was analyzed. Snubbing dragging tubing hydraulic jet and dragging coiled tubing acidizing fracturing technology were deemed to be promising. Correlative matching technology will also be improved with the development of acidizing fracturing technology. Hydraulic jet and coiled tubing dragging technology have a good prospect, pinpoint jet technology could satisfy complex well conditions because of its tools's flexible structure and size. At last some suggestions about how to select appropriate acidizing technology were put forward.
