环氧冷缠带锌阳极防腐工艺在西峰油田的应用实践 被引量:6

摘要 套管腐蚀破损是影响陇东油区油田长期正常开发建设的主要技术难题。针对陇东油区西峰油田生产实际及该区域管柱腐蚀情况,阐述了适合于西峰油田套管保护的环氧冷缠带锌阳极工艺,通过该工艺首次在国内整装油田深井规模应用实践,评价了实际应用所取得的效果与效益,指出环氧冷缠带锌阳极防腐工艺具有研究扩展和应用延伸价值。 Casing corrosion damage was a main technical difficult problem affecting the normal exploitation of Longdong oil area for a long time. In allusion to the exploitation and corrosion fact of this oil area, the cold epoxyn-bond trap plus zinc anode technology suited for casing protection in Xifeng Oilfield of Longdong oil area was expatiated. Through application of this technology in the domestic equipped oilfield for the first time, the effect and benefit obtained were evaluated, it was worth popularizing and applying.
