摘要 目的使用系统评价方法评估PON2基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法广泛检索中英文数据库以发现合格研究,使用随机或固定效应模型计算合并比值比(OR值),使用Q检验评估研究之间异质性。结果总共2个多态性(C311S,G148A),7个研究纳入meta分析,没有发现PON2基因多态性与缺血性卒中发病风险具有相关性,研究之间异质性广泛存在。结论 PON2多态基因性对缺血性卒中的发病风险无影响,该结论需大样本研究进一步验证。 Objective To evaluate the association between the PON2 gene variants and ischemic stroke using systematic review.Methods Relevant studies were identified by searching databases extensively.The odds ratio(OR) was calculated using a random-effects or fixed-effects model.Q statistic was used to evaluate homogeneity.Results A total of 7 studies,involving 2 polymorphisms(C311S,G148A),were identified for meta-analysis.The results showed that there was no statistical association of the two PON2 gene polymorphisms with ischemic stroke,and the heterogeneity among studies was found in most genetic comparisons.Conclusion The PON2 gene polymorphisms are not associated with ischemic stroke.Future studies with larger sample sizes will be necessary to confirm the present results.
