椎体水平侧位数字化X线摄影方式的临床应用

Clinical application of the vertebral level of the lateral digital radiography

目的探讨椎体水平侧位数字化X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)方式的应用价值。方法收集本院近两年已行椎体水平侧位DR检查的患者300例,对其临床病史资料、摄影图像质量、首次摄影失败原因及产生非甲级图像的原因进行评价、分析。结果椎体水平侧位DR摄影效果:首次摄影有效率92%;摄影图像质量为甲级(78%)、乙级(19%)、丙级(3%)。结论椎体水平侧位DR摄影方式主要用于不能进行常规椎体侧位摄片的患者,是一种便捷、安全、有效的替代方法,有一定的临床实用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of applying vertebral level of the lateral digital radiography（DR）.Methods Using the vertebral level of the lateral DR,collected from 300 patients in our hospital in the past two years,we evaluated and analyzed patients＇ clinical history,image quality of radiography,reasons for failure of first-time radiography,and reasons for not generating Grade A images.Results In terms of image quality of radiography,we found that 92% of first-time radiography was successful.We also found that the proportion of radiographic image quality in Grade A,Grade B,and Grade C was 78%,19%,and 3% respectively.Conclusion The vertebral level of the lateral digital radiography is mainly used for patients who cannot apply regular vertebral lateral radiography.It is a convenient,safe,and effective alternative method.Thus,it is of great clinical value.
