海扶治疗左肝癌患者围手术期的护理配合

Perioperative nursing of left hepatic cancer cured by high intensity focused ultrasound

目的探讨左肝癌海扶治疗患者的围手术期护理配合措施。方法总结68例左肝癌患者行海扶治疗方法及护理配合经验。结果加强对肝癌患者做好术前心理护理、术中观察、术后护理,有效地减少并发症的发生。结论熟练掌握左肝癌患者围手术期的护理措施是促进手术成功及有效地减少并发症的关键。

Objective To investigate perioperative nursing ways of left hepatic cancer cured by high intensity focused ultrasound.Methods 68 cases of left hepatic cancer that were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound were retrospectively studied in peri-operative nursing.Results The effective perioperative nursing care（sychological perioperative nursing,close observation in operation,and nursing after operation） is beneficial to decrease operative complications.Conclusion Perioperative nursing is critical way to decrease the complication and benefit of successful operation.
