摘要
团队效能一直是团队研究中最重要的议题。以往的研究主要围绕团队内部过程,随着团队开展的外部活动对团队效能产生明显的影响,团队不再是一个封闭系统。在开放系统下,团队效能同时受到团队进行的内外部过程的影响,同时,这两种活动之间既相互促进,又相互竞争,而团队组成、团队层面和组织层面的因素影响着这两种活动。
The research on team effective is the most important issue of team research. The traditional researches on team effectiveness tend to treat teams as closed systems separated from their environment. This paper offers a theoretical framework that indicates both internal and external processes enhance team effectiveness in open systems. The relationship between internal process and external process is complex. The framework also identifies individual-, team-, and organization-level determinants shape team process.
