半环式梯形钢板治疗肱骨干复杂性骨折

Treatment of complex fracture of humeral shaft with semi-circled trapezoid shaped plate

目的 研究自行设计的半环式梯形钢板对肱骨干复杂性骨折的治疗效果。方法 采用自行设计的半环状梯形钢板治疗伴有血管、神经损伤的肱骨干粉碎性骨折 15例。结果 经术后 2～ 3个月随访 ,15例骨折均获良好愈合 ,平均愈合时间为 8周。受压、损伤的神经、血管经术后松解修复后 ,均完全恢复 ;骨筋膜室综合征获得有效防治。结论 该钢板对肱骨严重粉碎性骨折 ,具有良好的包容及稳定的固定作用 ,也为损伤的血管、神经恢复提供了稳定的恢复床。

Objective [HT5”SS]To study self-designed semi-circled trapezoid shaped plate for the treatment of comminuted fracture of humeral shaft.[HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]15 cases of comminuted fractures of humeral shaft associated with nerve and/or artery injuries were treated with semi-circled trapezoid shaped plates.9 of the cases had nerve injuries and the other 6 cases had secondary compartment syndromes after arterial injury.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]After a follow-up period of 2 to 3 months,all of the 15 fractures united excellently with a mean healing period of 8 weeks.The compressed and damaged nerves,arteries recovered completely and the compartment syndromes were effectively prevented.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]The semi-circled trapezoid shaped plates not only had stable fixation,but also provided a good circulation for the recovery of the nerves and arteries.It is a good method for the treatment of serious comminuted fractures of humeral shaft.
