科学合理规划环境信息资源共享平台是解决资源重复建设严重、统一规划与协调缺乏、合作建设少等问题的关键。文章对环境信息资源及其共享方式进行分析,旨在利用顶层设计实现环境信息资源的整合,建立资源共享平台,并提出了可行性方案。
