摘要 为了解云南松在盐胁迫下的生长生理和在盐碱地引种栽培提供参考,以云南松幼苗为研究对象,通过不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理云南松种子,检测发芽和幼苗生长指标。结果表明:云南松发芽时对NaCl比较敏感,各浓度胁迫下的发芽率、发芽势、种子简易活力指数、鲜重、干重、叶绿素总量均显著或极显著小于对照;幼苗体内的MDA含量随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加而增加;SOD酶活性随着胁迫浓度的增加先升高后降低,在100mmol/L时达到最大,比对照增加398.05%。 In order to provide references for exploring the growth physiology of P. yunnanensis and introduction and cultivation in alkaline land, the sprouting and seedling growth indexes of P. yunnanensis treated with various concentrations of NaC1 were detected. The results showed that P. yunnanensis was sensitive to NaCI at sprouting time. The germination rate, germinative force, simple seed vigor, fresh weight, dry weight and total chlorophyll content of P. yunnanensis under various NaCI stress were significantly or very significantly lower than CK; The MDA content in P. yunnanensis seedling increased with the increase of NaC1 concentration; While SOD activity first increased and then decreased with NaC1 concentration increasing, and reached the maximum at 100 mmol/L, 398.05% higher than CK.
