陕西省猕猴桃种植投入产出效率分析

Input-output Efficiency of Kiwifruit Cultivation in Shaanxi Province

为找出陕西省猕猴桃生产效率变化原因及其改善途径,采用基于Malmquist指数的数据包络分析(DEA)方法,选取陕西省猕猴桃生产重点县眉县和周至县为研究对象,抽取2006—2010年间共249份生产成本与收益的样本数据进行对比分析。结果表明:眉县全要素生产率在研究期内呈现稳步上升的趋势,其变化主要源于综合技术效率,而周至县全要素生产率则呈现波动中略微下降的趋势,其变化主要由综合技术效率和技术进步共同作用。眉县和周至县均应该加大科研开发力度,引进更先进的生产和管理技术,使技术进步发挥更重要的作用。

The production cost and income data of 249 samples from Meixian and Zhouzhi County during 2006--2010 were analyzed by DEA to find out reasons of production efficiency changes and put forward corresponding countermeasures in kiwifruit production of Shaanxi province. The results showed that total factor productivity presented a steadily rising trend in Meixian and the main reason was from integrated technical efficiency, but total factor productivity presented a slight declining trend in Zhouzhi County and the main reason was the combined effect between integrated technical efficiency and technical progress. The countermeasures to enhance production efficiency include increasing scientific research vigor and introducing more advanced production and management technology for kiwifruit production in Shaanxi province.
