摘要 围绕智能用电小区的各个环节和技术,研究我国智能用电小区示范工程建设的若干问题和策略。介绍了基本建设内容和业务架构、系统组成和关键技术。以实现电力流、信息流、业务流的高效协同发展,构建稳定、经济、清洁、安全的现代能源供应体系,推进坚强智能电网建设。通过这些工作,达到信息与能源一体化服务、构建新型客户关系、提高能源利用率的目的。 This paper focuses on the future development and state-of-the-art technology of the intelligent power consumption community, and discusses several problems and strategies involved in the demonstration project construction of the intelligent power consumption community. Firstly, its basic construction, business framework, system components and key technologies are introduced. And then, strategies of exploring the efficient and coordinated development of the power flow, information flow and business flow, building a stable, economic, clean and safe modern energy supply system and promoting the construction of smart grid are discussed. These efforts will assist to achieve the goals of providing the information and energy integration service, building a new customer relationship, and improving energy efficiency.
