省级电网档案管理系统设计应用与效益分析

Design and Application Benefit Analysis of Archives Management System of Provincial Power Grid

电力档案是电网企业的宝贵资源,是电网企业发展与科学决策的重要依据。省级电网档案管理系统的建设实施,促进了档案信息一体化管理,实现了档案资源的整合与共享,提高了档案检索利用率,为企业档案管理工作提供了有效的技术支撑。文章以甘肃省电力公司档案管理系统为例,详细阐述了省级电网档案管理系统设计实施的关键技术,并分析了该系统的运行给电网企业带来的实际经济效益。目前,该系统在甘肃省电力公司已建设完成并投入使用,促进了公司档案管理工作的科学性及合理性,推动了公司信息化管理水平的全面进步。

For power grid enterprises, power archives are not only valuable resources of, but also are important basis of development and scientific decision-making. The construction and implementation of provincial power grid archives management system is helpful to promote the integrated management of archival information, to achieve the goals of integration and sharing of archive resources, to improve the archive retrieval utilization, and to provide effective technical support for the enterprise archives management. Taking archives management system of Gansu Provincial Power Company for an example, this paper elaborates key technologies of designing and implementing provincial power grid archives management system, and analyzes the actual economic benefits brought from system operation. The completed system has been put into operation, which promotes scientificalness and rationality of archives management and propels the all-round progress of the informatization management level.
