目的：探讨提高ICU护士对于危重病人抬高床头依从性的管理方法。[方法]制定质量改进方案，通过督导小组管理、设计使用床头角度测量仪、制订作业指导书、规范化培训、每日督导等措施．对ICU护士进行抬高床头依从性的管理。结果：ICU护士对危重病人抬高床头依从性明显提高。结论：提高护士认识、改进护理用具、加强督导是提高护士对于危重病人抬高床头依从性的重要方法。

Objective： To discuss the management methods of improving the nurses＇ compliance to the elevation of the head of the bed for the critically ill patients in ICU. Methods： Making the quality-improved plan and taking several measures to manage the nurses＇ compliance to elevation of the head of the bed, such as managing the supervision group, designing and using the angle measuring device, creating the work instructions, standardized training and daily supervision, etc, Results： The nurses＇ compliance to elevation of the head of the bed has been improved significantly. Conclusion： The important method of improving the nurses＇ compliance to elevation of the head of the bed for the patients is increasing the nurses＇ awareness, improving the nursing implements and strengthening the supervision.
