摘要 目的:探讨叙事教育法在ICU专科护士理论培训中的应用,以提高神经疾病专科护士培训效果。方法:共两批来自全军的40名学员,由科室带教护士将讲课内容制作成课件,结合叙事教育法进行理论培训,培训前后理论考核,问卷调查,对讲课效果进行总结分析。结果:护士在ICU培训后理论考核成绩提高,平均分差异显著(t=17.428,P〈0.0075)。培训后问卷调查显示,叙事教育法给学员留下深刻印象,提升讲课效果(92.5%,n=40)。结论:专科护士临床理论教学中使用叙事教育法与实践工作相结合,有利于提高培训效果。 Objective: To analyze the application of narrative pedagogy on nurse training in intensive care unit (ICU) to improve the training effect of nursing specialist. Methods: Forty nurses from 36 military hospitals were received training. Self-designed questionnaires were delivered before and after training, concerning effect of narrative pedagogy. The training results were analyzed and summarized then. Result: The method were accepted by trainees significantly,(t=-17.428, P〈0.0075). It showed a positive action to trainees, about 92.5% (n=40). Conclusion: It is an effective way to improve the result of training which is combination of narrative pedagogy and clinical practice.
