得宝松复合液神经阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床分析

Clinical evaluation of treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with nerve block through Diprospan mixture

目的探讨得宝松复合液神经阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法 64例原发性三叉神经痛患者根据罹患分支分别采用得宝松复合液行眶上、眶下和(或)下颌神经阻滞。结果 64例患者经过1个疗程的治疗,显效47例(73.4%),有效13例(20.3%),无效4例(6.3%)。结论得宝松复合液神经阻滞是治疗三叉神经痛的有效方法之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with nerve block through diprospan mixture.Methods Sixty-four patients with trigeminal neuralgia,according to the risk branches respectively with diprospan mixture line supraorbital,infraorbital and/or mandibular nerve block.Results The excellent, effective and ineffective efficacy rates were 73.4%（47/64 cases）,20.3%（13/64 cases） and 6.3%（4/64 cases） respectively 1 course of the treatment.Conclusion Diprospan mixture nerve block is one of the effective methods of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
