"人本"思想理念的本质是马克思主义"人的全面而自由的发展"观。在高校思想政治教育中坚持这一人才培养观,就要充分注重大学生的个体发展,高度重视其自主性、能动性和创造性,重视其思想政治素质的多侧面、多元化的培养,健全其社会化的人格品行,完善其自身的人生价值,实现人与社会的和谐发展与进步。

The essence of humanism is Marxism's view of 'human's overall and free development'.To insist on this view in college ideological and political teaching,we should pay attention to students' individual development and attach great importance to their autonomy,initiative and creativity,and also focus on multi-faced political thought training,in order to accomplish their personality socialization and realize their life value.Thus the realization of harmonious development between human and society will be available.
