产教联盟是高职教育深化校企合作的一种新型组织形式,其本质属性是通过知识转移提高校企双方的核心竞争力。其独有的组织学习和中间组织功能使校企双方的知识转移成为可能。但要确保其有效运行,还需要有针对性地建立信任机制、学习机制、沟通机制等知识转移实现机制。

Industry-College alliance is a novel form of organization adopted by higher vocational colleges to deepen their cooperation with enterprises. Its essential attribute is to improve core competitiveness through knowledge transfer with its unique organizational learning and intermediate organizations function. Trust mechanisms, learning mechanisms, communication mechanisms and so on must be built to ensure its effective operation.
