摘要
高校"学生评教"有其合理性,但现实中存在着评教结论的虚假困境、结果应用的惩治困境、最终效果的漠然困境,违背了"以评促教"的初衷。高校"学生评教"中三重困境的出现,既有管理者的认识误区,也有大学生的能力原因,更是教育者的态度所致。走出现实困境,高校"学生评教"必须以优化课堂教育教学、正视学生地位能力、提升教师育人水平为价值取向,重新调整实践策略。
Students judging teachers in universities have its own rationale, but in reality there are dilemmas of false, punishment and indifferent attitude which are contrary to the original intention for judging and promoting teaching. The reasons for triple plights have many factors, induding managers, students and teachers. In order to get out of the plight, students judging teachers in universities must attach values on optimizing classroom teaching, facing the capacity of student and enhancing the cultivation level of teacher, and re-adjust the practice strategy.
