武警应急医学救援培训调查与分析

Analysis of the Degree of Satisfaction Among the Health Personnel at Different Levels about Emergent Rescue in Military Academy

摘要 目的了解某军校各级卫生人员对应急救援培训的满意度。方法采取整群抽样的方法抽取该军校培训干部124人,应用自制的调查表,以问卷的方式进行调查,采用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,SPSS11.0软件进行软件分析。结果支队(团)下军医、卫生队长各组与卫生员组相比,结课成绩差异均有显著性(P<0.05),支队(团)下军医组与卫生队长组比较,结课成绩差异也有显著性(P<0.05);各级卫生人员对应急救援培训的满意度不同(P<0.05),其中,处置突发事件卫勤保障的满意度最高(92.5%)。其次是灾害救援的卫勤保障的满意度(91.7%),而对核武器条件下卫勤保障满意度最低(74.2%);各级卫生人员对应急救援培训教学方式的认可程度不同(P<0.05),其中,在课程教学中合理地采用现代教育技术的认可度最高(98.2%),最后是点播精讲(95.7%),而对传统大班授课的教学方式认可度最低(72.5%)。结论根据不同级别的卫生人员而在授课中适度调节不同授课内容的比例,做到因材施教;在教学中应采用多元化的授课方式,并结合外军、外国的实际情况进行讲解;在授课前进行基础知识摸底,根据知识的薄弱点进行重点讲解,同时应结合不同的授课方式安排情景模拟、卫勤演练,以提高各级卫生人员对应急救援的实际工作能力。 Objective To investigate the degree of satisfaction among the health personnel at different levels about emergent rescue in military academy. Methods A home-made questionnaire was conducted on 124 students, who chosen under cluster sampling from a military academy. Database was built by using Epidata 3.0. Statistics software was SPSS 11.0. Results The results among the health personnel at different levels are different significantly ( P〈0. 05 ) ; the degree of satisfaction of different teaching contents is different significantly (P〈0.05}; there is also significant in the degree of confirmation among different teaching methods (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Teaching contents should be adjusted with different levels among the health personnel and military teacher should use different teaching methods, specially modern methods. In order to make clear their shortage of knowledge, students should join in the test before teaching and medical exercises are included as the main line during the course.
