摘要
临床医学七年制作为我国长学制医学教育的新模式,已经经过了24年的实践。作为特殊的试验性群体,七年制不仅具有学制年限长、严格淘汰制的特点,还有生源优秀、发展潜力大等特点,而在现今扩招、就业压力等环境下,七年制教学也面临着严峻的问题,本文通过对我校在15年七年制的教学实践中积累经验的总结,指出了存在的问题,提出一种可行性的改进建议。
Medical clinical seven-year program, as one of long term research and a new model in China, has been through 24 years of practice. Seven-year program, as a special test group, which has long term, strict system of elimination and students of outstanding, but, in today's enrollment, employment pressure environment, seven-year system is also facing severe problems, This article has accumulated rich experience on the base of our school in 15 years of seven-year system teaching practice, and pointed out the problem of existence, worked out a kind of feasible teaching plan.
