摘要
目的为了改进《卫生管理伦理学》课程的教学质量,对授课内容进行适当完善。方法采用整群抽样法,在该课程授课之初,对2009级公共管理专业全体29名学生进行调查,了解其对授课内容的需求;在授课结束之时,再次调查了解学生对授课效果的评价。对前后两次调查结果进行对比分析。结果 65.5%的学生认为《卫生管理伦理学》课程对他们专业知识的增加有帮助,55.1%的学生认为对他们专业能力的培养有帮助。案例分析法和小组讨论法是学生较为接受的方法。更多的学生建议采取开卷考试及平时成绩累计的方式。对课前需求和课后评价进行对比显示,该课程的讲授使学生对卫生管理伦理学更感兴趣。结论随着学生专业层次的递进,他们越来越意识到卫生管理伦理学知识对于他们今后在工作领域形成正确的管理决策和价值判断的重要性,因此,他们对该课程的兴趣度逐渐增强,而该课程的讲授质量直接影响到学生对课程知识的掌握和渴求程度。
Objective In order to improve the teaching quality of health management ethics courses. Methods At the beginning of the courses taught, survey by cluster sampling method was conducted in all 29 students of public administration of 2009 to investigate the needs of lectures. At the end of the courses, the investigation was conducted again to evaluate the effect of the teaching. Comparative analysis was executed among the two findings. Results 65.5 % of the students believe that health management ethics course can increase their expertise, and 55. 1% of the students think which can increase their professional ability. The methods of case studies and panel discussions were more acceptable by students. More students recommended to take the open-book examination and usual results accumulated. The students are more interested in health management ethics by comparison of the demand before class and evaluation after taught of the curriculum. Conclusion With the progressive professional level of students, they are increasingly aware of the importance of health management ethics knowledge for their future areas of work to form a correct management decisions and value judg- ments. Therefore, they gradually increased interest in this course, while the teaching quality of course will show a direct impact on the student mastery of knowledge and desire for the curriculum.
