摘要
通过以急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病为案例进行分析,在本科生神经病学授课中开展案例教学。结果发现案例教学可以激发学生的学习热情,变被动学习为主动学习;培养学生的临床思维能力,显著提高教学质量和教学效果,值得在临床神经病学教学中广泛推广。
Case- based teaching method has been applied in clinical neurology teaching course for graduates. A course has been completed through a case with acute inflammatory demyelization polyneuropathy. It shows that casebased teaching could make students more active and initiative, and students' clinical thinking ability has been improved. Case-based teaching method has a positive impact on neu rology education and helps to improve the teaching quality. It is an effective method to apply widely in neurology education.
