Common Problems and Training Countermeasures of Residents of Minimally Invasive Surgery on Doctor-patient Communication

随着医学人文化建设以及社会经济法律建设的发展,我国医患矛盾日趋尖锐和复杂,但相当一部分医疗纠纷的根本还是源于医患沟通的不充分。微创外科是近年新兴的以微创技术为特色的临床外科科室,许多医疗行为的开展具有其特殊性,不具备行医经验的住院医师更容易出现各种原因的医患沟通问题,加强医学生的医患沟通能力培养,则有助于其适应新的工作环境,规避医疗纠纷,促进其能力的全面提高。

The current doctor-patient relationship is being diffficult in China. Even though the reasons are very complex, inadequate doctor-patient communication is one of primary causes. Minimally invasive surgery developed in China recent years, and many clinical problems were revealed as special ones those never been met. The residents are easy to show up various problems of doctor-patient communication, so it is necessary that strengthen their communication ability. Moreover, it can contribute medical student to adapt currently complex work environment, avoid conflicts with patients and improve overall capacity.
