心脏外科低年资住院医师科研素质培养模式初探 被引量:1

摘要 探索了心脏外科低年资住院医师入科早期科研能力训练的三种模式,即主动模式、互动模式和被动模式。主动模式即要求所有刚进入科室的低年资住院医师自己查阅文献,撰写课题申请书,再由科室主任评审课题的创新性和可行性;互动模式即对科研创新能力强,选择的课题需要进行深入研究的低年资住院医师,利用业余时间,到实验室进行参观学习,然后根据自己的研究课题,与实验室学科带头人互动交流,完成具有一定水平的课题研究;被动模式对科研能力较弱的低年资住院医师,由导师全程指导,完成课题研究。实践后发现主动模式能够充分发挥绝大多数低年资住院医师的主观能动性,促使他们去探索科学问题;互动模式使一部分低年资住院医师对高水平科研有初步的感性认识,并启发了他们的科研兴趣;被动模式充分发挥了培训教师自身及学科的优势,一对一地指导低年资住院医师进行早期科研训练,为激发其科研潜质提供了良好条件。总之,三种模式的早期科研能力训练提高了低年资住院医师的科研能力,对培养他们将来成为具备高素质医学人才打下了扎实的基础。 We have explored three modes of early scientific capacity training on young residents in cardiac surgery: active training, interactive training and passive training. The first type of training is that all of he young residents had to participate. Residents should consult references and apply for grant by themselves, then director of our department gave an evaluation of the innovation and feasibility. Interactive training meaned that teachers organized some of residents who were innovative to visit laboratories and learn to choose the topics according to what they are interested in. Passive training is that residents had to look for their supervisors and submit their own original subjects. After supervisors affirmed innovation and feasibility of the subjects, residents should complete it under the direc- tion of the supervisor. After some practices, we found that the first type could exert all students' initiation and encourage them to explore scientific issues. The second type of training enabled students to have initial perceptions of scientific research and aroused their research interest. The last pattern could guide students to do some early scientific research by taking advantages ofthe supervisors and disciplinesl, also could create good conditions for cultivating residents' creative and practical ability. In a word, the three models of the early scientific capacity training can improve the young residents' research capacity, it also lay a solid foundation for us to train them into high-quality and competitive cardiac surgeon in the future.
