The standardized training for pediatric resident is a necessary route to promote the ability ot clinical and make them grow up, and it is very important to the medical quality promotion and development of a hospital. By analyzing the practical problems on the standardized training of pediatric residents in our hospital, we put forward the countermeasures to further improve pediatric residents standardized training.
